Returns & Exchanges

Dynasty Robes is committed to providing our customers with high quality, sophisticated robes and other fine garments and exceptional customer service. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange the items or issue a full refund. Please review our returns and exchanges policies below.

Returns

• All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

• Please fill out the return/exchange form and indicate the reasons for return.

• Items must be unworn and unwashed, and must be returned with their original packaging.

• Returns will be refunded the full price of the item purchased. Shipping prices will not be refunded except in the case of a factory defect or if we shipped the wrong item.

• Please allow 30 days to process your return.

Exchanges

We understand that your robe or other women’s garment must fit perfectly and live up to your expectations. If you would like to exchange your Dynasty Robe product, please read our exchange policy:

• All exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.

• Please fill out the return/exchange form and indicate the reasons for exchange.

• Items must be unworn and unwashed, and must be returned with their original packaging.

• Exchanges are free in the case of a change of size or color only. Exchanging your garment for a different style is permitted; however, this may trigger additional charges or a partial refund depending on any price differences. Please include your credit card number in the appropriate area just in case there is a difference in price for your exchanged item.

• Please allow 7-14 days to process your exchange.
